I believe all people have idols or celebrities that they're admired.

If you want to change your mindset quickly, then find celebrities that you admired to support your view.

For instance, you feel you're very unlucky, you feel very bad about yourself, then find someone that you loved and admired who doesn't give up his life even if his situation is worse than yours.

This is very effective because your idol is someone you believe and like.

Maybe your friends, parents, even your mentors have told you you must change yourself if you want to be successful, but this only changes your thoughts but not your beliefs.

Your subconscious mind filters out the advice is because they're not the people that you fully believe in.

Remember once upon a time you refuse to listen to your parents' advice even though you know they are right?

But if your best friends tell the same thing to you, you'll take the advice.

This is because you like and believe in your friends. Your subconscious mind will open a window and let the words of your idol said to flow in without suspecting them.

That's why reading successful people's stories is effective to motivate yourself to go for success. Celebrities' words are more powerful than unsuccessful people's words.

Nobody cares what you said when you're a nobody, but once you become successful, people even pay to listen what you said.

\And then, record down whenever someone tells you've looked more attractive than before. Repeat what they said to yourself to strengthen the belief.

3. Teach what you want to believe to others

One interesting way to change your mindset is teaching what you want to believe to other people. The more you talk about it, the more you'll believe in it. 

All people have the chance to become other's therapist when he/she is feeling down.

So you can teach them what to do and how to deal with their problems.

After several times you taught something to other people, you'll find that you'll do the same thing as what you taught when you're facing the same problems as theirs.

Although I said your subconscious mind decided your actions or behaviors, but inversely your can change your subconscious mind through changing your actions too.

When you start to change your actions, you'll create some new experience to your mind.

And you repeat the new actions again and again, the power of repetition will ingrain the new experience in your brain.

Therefore, your mindset will be changed due to the new experience you create to your mind.

For instance, if you want to be confident to do public speaking. The only way to achieve it is starting to speak publicly.

The more you speak publicly, the more confident you'll be to do public speaking. As many people said, "fake it till you make it".

Your new actions will override your subconscious mind.

However, be alert with your actions. Are you doing things in the correct way?

It's stupid when you're doing the wrong way repeatedly but expecting different results every time.

Stop doing what doesn't work for you, and take different actions to achieve your goals.

For instance, if you don't succeed with women by being nice to her, why always being a nice guy?
